My journey at DIGTINCTIVE started in January 2023. With just over two years of experience, I have always felt that my ideas are welcomed, and I am empowered to make critical decisions. I’ve been assigned tasks that I had never worked on before, which makes me feel trusted and aligned with the company’s vision. These challenging tasks keep me motivated. I’ve always been encouraged to think out loud and having a safe and supportive environment has helped me grow both professionally and personally while recognizing my own potential.

Not every day is easy—some days are tough, and I end up feeling exhausted. However, I feel blessed to be surrounded by a healthy environment and strong leadership that appreciates my failures, mistakes, and learnings, and helps me give 100% effort in my job. This truly makes me happy and allows me to enjoy my work, keeping my drive alive every morning to contribute to the company’s vision and growth.

I have been working as an Analyst - Technology for the past 1.5 years. Digtinctive has played a key role in helping me grow my skills, especially in the pharma domain, through various training sessions and hands-on experience. I was also given the opportunity to mentor juniors, which helped me improve my management skills. Frequent training on tools like SQL and Excel has really sharpened my abilities. With the guidance of my seniors, I gained a solid understanding of the pharma domain and was able to contribute to building data warehouses (DWH) and ETL pipelines for reporting.

As a mechanical engineer now in a business analyst role, I want to express my appreciation for the leadership in this office. Our management team truly sets the tone for a positive and productive work environment. They are approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in our professional growth.

Working at Digtinctive has been an incredibly fulfilling journey for me. After gaining over three years of experience in healthcare pharmaceutical analytics in India, I moved to Canada and was fortunate enough to join Digtinctive Canada in July 2023, while I was still a student. From day one, the team has been incredibly collaborative and flexible, accommodating my course schedule and exam dates.
